good evening is my first discussion on this forum. i have a hilti c4 / 36 acs battery charger that when i insert the batteries the green led turns on and off. the voltage on pin7 of uc3845 is ballerina 8.5v 0v. has it ever happened to you? wiring diagram - thank you. :hello:
