Anyone tried semi-solid batteries on long-range VTOLs?

Hi folks,I'm curious if anyone has tested semi-solid batteries on VTOL drones —especially for long-range missions (40min+).
I've seen specs claiming higher energy density and thermal stability, but haven't flown with one yet.For example, this one says 66Ah on 24S:24S Semi-Solid BatteryAnyone used this tech or compared it to traditional LiPo or Li-ion packs?
 Worth the switch for mapping/surveillance missions?

i think no one here can tell you about such type of batteries. It rather exotic and not so wide spread around DIY. But it would be interesting to find out what preferences and disadvantages it has in base of practice.

Yeah, that's kind of what I figured—seems like they're still pretty rare in the DIY world. I'm hoping to test one soon, so I'll definitely share what I learn once I get some flight time with it. Could be interesting to see how it compares in real conditions.
