Электросамокат Ninebot by Segway ES1/ES2/ES4

Пользуюсь моделью ES4. Возникла проблема с динамикой разгона и максимальной скоростью на RS на 100% зарядке едет и разгоняет значительно в отличии от WS, но после 85% динамика разгона падает и сама скорость становится равна примерно WS... Подскажите, не знаю что делать и с чем это может быть связанно.

I appear to get the same error even if I use the scooter with only its internal battery. I also have two other external batteries and if I connect them, the software still reports a device error. It does not appear to connect. I also tried installing the app into two other tablets which older versions of Android.

Как бы да, с одной стороны.
А с другой - ведь и мы шпрехаем нифига не на великом и могучем, а в основном по фене ботаем...

Thank you my friend. I purchased a scooter new and later purchased a secondary battery for it also brand new. There are no manipulations with the scooter and it is running the factory firmware.

I only drive the scooter two or three times a year for fun.  last year I took my scooter to the beach boardwalk and noticed that I was only able to do about 10 miles instead of the normal 27, and when I got home I tried to put the scooter on the charger and notice that it was no longer charging through the secondary battery connector.

I remove the secondary battery and plugged into scooter directly and it charged okay.  the secondary battery still shows power life, still lights up, and still actually works but it will not allow charging to occur.

I purchased two other used  secondary batteries on eBay, which are now very cheap to purchase. These work perfectly and are able to charge the scooter in the secondary battery without an issue. This is how I confirmed that my first secondary battery somehow stopped working after around the fifth charge. It simply does not allow a charge to go through itself and to the scooter.

the scooter app still properly shows the primary battery and secondary battery, even though the secondary battery is not allowing a charge to go through it.

I am sure that someone who understands about these batteries could probably fix the problem, perhaps the secondary battery has a simple fuse or something built-in that can be replaced.

Я подозреваю, что товарищ подломал зарядный разъем на внешней батарее. Я один из своих как то заряжал в сложенном состоянии, подзабылся и попробовал зафиксировать руль. Теперь что бы процесс зарядки начался, нужно пошевелить разъем и поставить провод слегка под углом, тогда включается процесс зарядки.

Thank you. The connector is working well. There is no cable or connector issue, they are not loose or damaged. If I plug in the connector to the battery, while attached to the scooter, it turns the scooter ON, but does not start charging any of the two batteries (internal and secondary).   

If I replace the secondary battery, all works as expected.

[user]flamaest[/user], You do not have a current pass from the external battery charging connector to the connector on the steering rack. Do you have a multimeter? Check the charge current transit between the connectors on the external battery.

thank you, I took a multimeter to the connectors and they show 35 volts coming off the secondary battery. Are there other battery connectors that you would like me to test for correctness?
